§201. Time of Performance <br />The term of this Agreement shall commence on December 11, 2013 and end <br />on April 30, 2015 or upon the final disbursement of all of the Grant Amount <br />(as defined in Section 301) and any additional period of time as is required to <br />complete any necessary close out activities.
