Any equipment acquired or obtained with Grant Funds: <br />1. Shall be made available under the California Disaster and Civil <br />Defense Master Mutual Aid Agreement in consultation with <br />representatives of the various fire, emergency medical, hazardous <br />materials response services, and law enforcement agencies within <br />the jurisdiction of the applicant; <br />2. Shall be consistent with needs as identified in the National Priorities <br />and Core Capabilities, the State Homeland Security Strategy and the <br />Anaheim /Santa Ana Urban Area and Orange County Operational <br />Area Homeland Security Grants Strategy; and deployed in <br />conformance with those plans; <br />95IRTA i MUM 1i MEM �* <br />4. Shall be subject to the requirements of Title 44 CFR Part 13.32 and <br />13.33 For the purposes of this subsection, "Equipment" is defined as <br />nonexpendable property that is not consumed or does not lose its <br />identity by being incorporated into another item of equipment, which <br />costs $5,000 or more per unit, or is expected to have a useful life of <br />one (1) year or more. Items costing less than $5,000, but falling into <br />the following categories are also considered Equipment: <br />(1 )electronics communications equipment for stationary or vehicular <br />use, including cellular telephones acquired by lease or purchase, and <br />(2) electronic office equipment, including facsimile machines, <br />copiers, electric typewriters, personal computers (monitors and <br />CPU's), terminals and printers; <br />• i f 1 1 �#f <br />13UASI112613 <br />
