U. With the coordinate values, a full location and detailed description, including point character <br />with reference(s), shall be provided for all found and set monuments for the project. For this <br />purpose, a sketch of the control network is required. <br />V. Copies of all survey field notes and raw data files shall be provident along with a listing of the <br />final coordinates for all surveyed points. The digital file format for the listing shall be: point <br />number, northing, easting, elevation, description (;comma delineated with no spaces, one <br />point per line). The coordinate precision shall be one hundredth of a foot. <br />W. At any given time the City may need to mobilize survey crews to different project sites„ the <br />consultant shall have a minimum of three (3) survey crews for mobilization. <br />X. The term of the contract shall be for two (2) years which shall commence on the date that <br />City Council approves the award or the date tiiat all required bonds and insurance have been <br />approved by the City Attorney„ whichever occurs last. <br />PERFORMANCE SCHEDULE <br />A. City staff will provide written request for quotes. The consultant will respond, in writing within <br />3 working days. The City can request lump sum or hourly rate quotes. The consultant shall <br />provide backup documentation for all expenses upon City request. <br />B. Upon approval and within T working days, the City shall issue the Notice to Proceed. Survey <br />work shall begin within 2 working days from the receipt of the Survey Request, Form. Map <br />checking work shall begin as indicated on the Notice to Proceed. <br />C. The City reserves the right to assess liquidated damages or terminate the contrast. <br />D. City staff shall have the right to negotiate the terms of the quote. <br />
