TECHNICAL APPROACH & METHODLOGY <br />OPERATION PHILOSOPHY <br />BBMC emphasizes three key qualities characteristic of our entire <br />company. Excellence, Efficiency and Improvement. Our Goals are <br />to enhance your property, acquire improved visual appeal, increase <br />your tenant comfort level, and attract customers by consistently <br />creating a showcase environment while maintaining a competitive <br />budget. The technical solution is based on a flexible and customized <br />approach to providing your facility with adequate direct and indirect <br />labor hours to exceed the scope of service required <br />WORK STATEMENT <br />1. BBMC will provide only experienced and competent cleaning <br />personnel to perform all phase of services to be rendered under <br />this service contract. <br />2. The supervisory and on -site personnel will, upon our receiving notice of contract award, <br />spend the necessary amount of time at your project accomplishing the following: <br />• Facility familiarization; <br />• The commencement of establishing non -routine and daily scheduled, work <br />assignments; and <br />* Coordinating with property management to establish any non-standard safety <br />and security processes, including energy conservation procedures and <br />methods, and reporting methods and forms. <br />" Key management and custodial staff (leads and porters) shall be proficient <br />in English in order to communicate with property manager, tenant, and general public. <br />3. BBMC operational staff will accomplish frequent inspections of your facility, interface <br />with our supervisory staff and interface with designated customer representatives on <br />a frequent basis. We recommend that regular scheduled monthly meetings between our <br />operational personnel and your designated project staff be established and commenced <br />regularly to discuss the status of services being performed. <br />4. Property Management shall have access to the Project Manager during all hours custodial <br />services are performed. The Project Manager, as well as the supervisors, will be equipped <br />with mobile phone and radio for immediate accessibility. <br />EXHIBIT A <br />
