the Director, the Director shall require the Contractor to remove any employee <br />from work sites at his or her discretion. <br />3. Materials <br />a) The Contractor shall submit to the Director a list of all materials and/or <br />chemicals that may be used pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. The list <br />shall include Material Safety Data Sheets and chemical analysis where <br />applicable, recommended usage and any other manufacturers data that may <br />be pertinent. The list must be submitted before any materials/chemicals are <br />used pursuant to this Agreement. <br />4. Trash Disposal and Recycling <br />All waste shall be removed from the park site/facilities daily and disposed of in the <br />Contractor's waste receptacles <br />As an alternative, the City may allow Contractor to dispose of waste and trash in bins <br />provided by the City. The City will determine the amount of waste and trash allowed <br />to be dumped in these bins based on historical amounts. Any additional disposal <br />fees must be paid by Contractor. At no time will the contractor be allowed to dispose <br />of trash or waste that was not collected as part of this contract. If the City finds that <br />the contractor is disposing of trash from other contracts, the City will discontinue this <br />service for the contractor and the contractor will be required to pay for their own trash <br />service. <br />H. ROUTINE MAINTENANCE <br />Routine maintenance shall include but not be limited to the following services performed at <br />the Work Sites listed in Exhibit C. <br />Daily Cleaning Schedule — Restrooms, Showers and Locker Rooms. <br />a) Restock all supplies daily so dispensers are completely full. Replace <br />vandalized dispensers with approved manufacturer and model dispensers to <br />Park Maintenance specifications upon discovery. Dispensers will be provided <br />by the City. <br />b) Flush toilets and urinals prior to finishing and add approved products. <br />c) Check toilets and urinals for stoppages and use plunger and/or hand auger to <br />unplug. Note that the should the Contractor be unsuccessful in unplugging the <br />toilet or urinal causing the City to unclog the unit, and the clog is unplugged by <br />plunger and/or hand auger, the cost for this service will be deducted from the <br />Contractor's next monthly invoice. <br />d) If stoppages cannot be unplugged or if other plumbing problems are <br />noticeable, notify the City's Representative immediately. <br />Park Janitorial Maintenance Services RFP 14-002 <br />Page 17 <br />X4.0 3rr_I <br />
