Citrus Ave; 116 -126 E. School St; 118.125 E. Italia St <br />Year: 2011 <br />Scope of work included demolition of multiple commercial buildings in a city block as well as slabs and <br />footings. Stockpiling and processing of concrete and asphalt was also included.. Utilities were <br />terminated (sewer capped) by Van Diest Brothers. Permits were obtained from the city for demolition <br />and sewer capping, and SCAQMD for demolition and asbestos abatement. Envirocon Contracting, Inc <br />provided asbestos abatement services. G,O. Rodriguez Trucking and Federal Disposal Services <br />provided trucking services. American Fence Company provided fencing services Eric Cain was the <br />Project Manager and Field Superintendent.
