AUGUST 5, 2014 <br />lif fI111 I <br />AGREEMENT WITH THE SANTA ANA MANAGEMENT <br />ASSOCIATION (SAMA) <br />Illliit.'iis ! _ <br />Zmoll WAN <br />CLERK OF COUNCIL USE ONLY: <br />CONTINUED TO <br />Y <br />R <br />Direct the City Attorney to prepare and authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to <br />execute an agreement with the Santa Ana Management Association (SAMA), subject to non - <br />substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney, regarding wages and <br />other terms and conditions of employment for a one -year period expiring June 30, 2015 in an <br />amount not to exceed $65,000. <br />3) Retirement Subsidy: Upon the establishment of Retirement Health Savings Accounts <br />(RHSA) the City will cease making the 1.75% contribution to the subsidy and increase <br />employee base salary by 1.25% which individual employees will deposit into their RHSA's. <br />4) Electronic Device Stipend: SAMA employees whose supervisor determines are required <br />use a cellphone or tablet for City related business will be given the option of using their awn <br />equipment in lieu of using City equipment. Employees who choose to do so will receive a <br />25M -1 <br />
