In addition to the Notice of Availability published by the State Clearinghouse, emails were sent to known <br />contacts of agencies with a potential interest in the project or with resources in the project Study Area, <br />notifying them of the availability of the environment document, inviting them to attend the public <br />review meetings, and to submit any comments they may have on the document.
