Personally, I have been involved in <br />several ERR implementations in my 30 -year career, and I can confidently state this was the most well - <br />executed and managed implementation i have experienced. The NaphCare team was incredibly <br />accoramodating ranging from flexibility with on -site staff and super -user training sessions. -- to on -site <br />implementation support-- to immediate troubleshooting during the implementation process. Having <br />NaphCare staff on -site during "go live" was invaluable. Their presence provided great energy, decreased <br />staff anxiety, and provided rapid resolution of staff questions/Concerns. <br />We are currently six months into the project, and the support from the NaphCare team has not wavered, <br />They are as responsive today as they have been throughout the entire process. Their commitment to a <br />successful implementation for Orange County has been exceedingly evident. We truly have a <br />partnership with, NaphCare for many years to come. <br />25H -65 <br />
