Amendment Application No. 2014 -03 <br />Variance No. 2014 -03 <br />September 2, 2014 <br />Page 2 <br />The proposed project at 1732 West Second Street involves the conversion of an existing 1,622 <br />square foot office building to a residential use, the construction of a new 525 square foot attached <br />two-car garage and 416 square foot second story addition. The proposal also includes <br />demolishing a 5 foot by 53 foot portion of the existing building along the eastern side in order to <br />meet the side yard setback and building code separation standards.
