City of Santa Ana On -Call Demolition Services Proposal <br />Firm and Team Experience <br />PROJECT TEAM <br />NCM has assembled a team of professionals experienced in On -Call Demolition services. As with most of our more <br />complex projects, our project team includes the oversight of a Project Principal, as well as the added resources of <br />corporate experts, task leaders, site coordinators, construction managers, and technicians. Our proposed project <br />team members each have more than 10 years of related experience in the industry. <br />Our goal is to assemble the most appropriate team not only to meet all stated project requirements, but <br />deliver a safe, value -engineered, and timely success to the BASF team. <br />NCM will resource this project with an onsite team, trained and focused solely on the completion of the On -Call <br />Demolition Services project tasks. Furthermore, NCM will augment the capabilities of our team with corporate <br />experts made available, as needed, for matters of contracts, operations, and safety.
