City of Santa Ana On -Call Demolition Services Proposal <br />Firm and Team Experience <br />WHAT SETS US APART FROM OUR COMPETITION ON THIS PROJECT? <br />Few demolition contractors have the breadth of experience and turn -key capabilities in decommissioning, <br />dismantlement and asset recovery as NCM. We have strategically dismantled and sold millions of dollars' worth of <br />assets for major corporations over the last several years and partner with our clients to ensure transparency and <br />accuracy in accounting. Furthermore, NCM has the ability to pool our resources throughout the region as well as <br />across the US (if necessary) to provide the City of Santa Ana with the depth, experience and service necessary for <br />this project. We understand the environmental sensitivity surrounding this project — all eyes will be on your team <br />and efficient, effective and safe execution is mandatory. NCM performs our services using in-house, specialty - <br />trained workers, and will not use labor services to subsidize our workforce.
