John Nagle, P.E., Project Manager <br />John Nagle, PE, has lent his knowledge and expertise to numerous municipal <br />agencies throughout the region, including the Golden State Water, Mesa Water <br />District, Santa Margarita Water District, and others. As such, he Is familiar with the <br />structure, requirements and challenges of local government factions and well versed <br />in meeting those clients' needs, John is adept at identifying and scoping projects <br />effectively to launch projects quickly and efficiently. He understands the importance <br />of rapidly determining critical issues and project constraints. Selected projects <br />include: On -Call Engineering for Castaic Lake Water Agency; Mesa Water District, <br />Golden State Water Company, Whittier Pumping Plant No. 2 Replacement; and <br />Santa Margarita Water District- Middle Chiquita Canyon Water Facilities. <br />Tori Yokoyama, P.E., Task Manager <br />Tori Yokoyama,. PE; serves as both Project Manager / Project Engineer at RBF and <br />has extensive experience In the .planning and design of water and wastewater <br />infrastructure. Selected projects include: City of Anaheim Sewer System <br />Improvements (multiple projects),, Long Beach Water Department Atlantic Avenue <br />Cast Iron Main Replacement (in construction), and Yorba Linda Water District <br />Waterline Replacements (in construction), <br />Kevin Gustorf, P.E., QA /QC <br />Kevin Gustorf, PE, has served as project manager or performed quality control for <br />water and sewer improvements throughout Orange County. As a'Vice President at <br />RBF with 15 years of experience, Kevin understands the importance of quailty <br />control to ensuring planning and design documents are free from error. Kevin has a <br />strong technical background do the planning and design of water storage and <br />delivery facilities, and sewerage systems.
