2. City's experience with the offeror. <br />XIV. CITY BUSINESS LICENSE <br />The Selected Contractor shall be required to obtain a City of Santa Ana Business license within 30 -days <br />of selection and must provide a copy to the Project Manager prior to commencing any work in Santa Ana. <br />XV.CONTRACT TERMINATION <br />The City reserves the right to terminate the contract, without penalty, for cause immediately or without <br />cause after 60 -days written notice is delivered to the Contractor either personally or by mail. If the <br />Contractor fails to meet the specifications of this contract for a period of 15 cumulative days, the City may <br />at its option terminate the balance of this contract by written notice of termination to the Contractor. <br />Notice of such termination shall take effect 15 days after such notice is mailed. <br />XVI. CONTRACTOR OPTION FOR TERMINATION <br />The Contractor may request termination of the contract when conditions during the contract make it <br />impossible or impractical to proceed or when prevented from proceeding with the contract by act of God, <br />by law or official action of a public authority. Such request will require a 60 -day written notice prior to <br />contract termination date requested. <br />XVII. METHOD OF PAYMENT <br />The Contractor shall submit a monthly invoice by the 15th of the month to the City for the services <br />rendered in the prior month. The invoice shall include a summary as well as a detailed breakdown of the <br />services, the project title, the tasks, the hours, and hourly rates. <br />r <br />
