The applicant thanked the Planning Commission for their time and attention to the matter. There were no speakers and the hearing was closed. A project overview was provided by Hally Soboleske, Associate Planner. Chairman Alderete opened the public hearing. Planning Commission discussion ensued regarding the floor plan and fire safety concerns with the patio seating in the private alley, the proposed use of the building, and the prior use at the space. Written communication was received from Cynthia Li regarding potential after hour noise concerns. The applicant fielded additional questions from the Planning Commission. There were no speakers and the hearing closed. MOTION: 1. Adopt a resolution approving Conditional Use Permit No. 2013 -32 to allow a Type 47 ABC license. 2. Adopt a resolution approving Conditional Use Permit No. 2013 -33 as conditioned to allow business operations until 2:00 a.m. 3.
