Sexlinger Farmhouse and Orchard
Residential Development Project
CEQA Findings
Analysis: The project would increase impervious surfaces at the project site, resulting in
a 25 year runoff of approximately 4.7 efs and T8 cfs, at different locations. A hydrology
technical report was completed for the project, and concluded that the flows from the
proposed project as compared with the existing conditions at the site are minor and would
not exceed the capacity of any street or adjacent storm drain facility downstream of the
project. Therefore, impacts would be less than significant. (EIR, pp. 5 -53, 5 -54; January
2014 EIR Attachment, 7.)
2, Impact: Would the project substantially alter the existing drainage pattern of the site or
area, including through the alteration of the course or substantially increase the rate or
amount of surface runoff in a manner which would result in flooding on- or off -site?
Finding: Less Than Significant. (EK pp. 5 -53, 5 -54; January 2014 FIR Attachment, 7.)
Analysis: The project would increase impervious surfaces at the project site, resulting in
a 25 year runoff of approximately 4.7 cfs and 7.8 cfs, at different locations. Therefore, impacts would be less than significant. (EIR, pp. 5 -53, 5 -54; January
2014 EIR Attachment, 7.)
Impact: Would the project create or contribute runoff water which would exceed the
capacity of existing or planned stormwater drainage systems or provide substantial
additional sources of polluted runoff?
Finding: Less Than Significant. LAND USE AND PLANNING
Impact: Would the project conflict with an applicable land use plan, policy, or regulation
of an agency with jurisdiction over the project (including, but not limited to the general
plan, specific plan, local coastal program, or zoning ordinance) adopted for the purpose,
of avoiding or mitigating an environment effect?
Finding: Less Than Significant.
