Sexlinger Farmhouse and Orchard <br />Residential Development Project <br />CEQA Findings <br />Analysis: The project would increase impervious surfaces at the project site, resulting in <br />a 25 year runoff of approximately 4.7 efs and T8 cfs, at different locations. A hydrology <br />technical report was completed for the project, and concluded that the flows from the <br />proposed project as compared with the existing conditions at the site are minor and would <br />not exceed the capacity of any street or adjacent storm drain facility downstream of the <br />project. Therefore, impacts would be less than significant.
