environmental compliance, environmental science technology and data management systems, <br />chemistry, toxicology, hydrogeology, geology, and industrial hygiene. <br />The environmental division routinely performs Phase <br />1 /11 Environmental Site Assessments, soil and <br />groundwater investigations, air monitoring, and <br />asbestos and lead testing. The division also prepares <br />and implements site assessment work plans, <br />preliminary endangerment assessments, remedial <br />action plans, and closure reports for regulatory <br />acceptance and approval. Finally, the division <br />undertakes coordination and negotiation with <br />regulatory agencies on behalf of clients throughout a <br />project's duration. <br />The construction division supports projects <br />originating from the engineering and environmental <br />departments, but also undertakes projects <br />independently. This division removes underground <br />and aboveground storage tanks; installs, operates, <br />and maintains remediation systems; designs and <br />builds electrical panels /control systems, and performs <br />general construction services, including operation of <br />heavy equipment. <br />EEC Proposal to Provide FOG Program Services 2 July 31, 2014 <br />25E -17 <br />
