enhancements, personnel and equipment changes, and recent changes to the State's WDR <br />requirements for monitoring and reporting SSOs. <br />EEC also provides WDR /SSMP training support, including SSO emergency response training for sewer <br />system maintenance staff. In 2013, EEC conducted SSO emergency response training for the City of San <br />Gabriel, which consisted of an evaluation of current practices and procedures, presentation on the <br />recent updates to the State's monitoring and reporting requirements, and field simulations of SSOs to <br />provide hands -on assessment of SSO volumes and an opportunity to practice SSO containment actions. <br />F. Presentation (Sample Inspection) <br />EEC is capable and fully prepared to perform a sample FSE inspection at the City's direction. Appropriate <br />staff will be made available during the week of August 4 -7 for the sample inspection. During the <br />sampling inspection, EEC will complete the following: <br />• Perform a thorough FSE inspection, including issuance of program outreach and educational <br />materials <br />• Understand and evaluate BMP and GRE compliance issues <br />• Demonstrate proficiency in InfraMAP's FOG inspection module <br />G. Training and Support <br />EEC will continue to provide the City with FSE inspection process training. EEC developed and currently <br />conducts California's only Grease Interceptor Inspector Training Workshop for the California Water <br />Environment Association (formerly conducted for CaIFOG). To date, EEC has conducted seven workshops <br />and trained more than 400 inspectors. EEC most recently provided specialized training for City Redondo <br />Beach and South San Luis Obispo Sanitation District inspectors and has previously provided training for <br />several of the City of Santa Ana Code Enforcement staff. <br />EEC will also continue to provide the City with GIS and CMMS training, which ca occur as needed or on a <br />scheduled frequency. The training will be specific to systems and data used by the City. <br />H. Summary of Deliverables <br />Based on the scope of services, the following deliverables are anticipated for this project: <br />• FOG program protocols assessment reports and recommendations (as needed) <br />• Monthly inspection status reports summarizing inspections conducted, compliance status, and <br />recommendations for follow -up and enforcement actions <br />• Quarterly program review /status meetings with City staff <br />• FOG outreach and educational materials procurement and distribution (as needed) <br />• Updates of FSE inspections database with OCHCA NPDES inspections data (as needed) <br />• Memoranda /reports on emerging MS4 requirements (as needed) <br />• Updates of FSE inspection database with new FSE data from a variety of sources (as needed) <br />• FOG program initiative recommendations /reports (as needed) <br />• Evaluation /assessment reports for emerging GRE devices and additives (as needed) <br />• Mapping document updates and recommendation reports (as needed) <br />• Workflow and CMMS development recommendation reports (as needed) <br />EEC Proposal to Provide FOG Program Services 14 July 31, 2014 <br />25E -29 <br />
