r of Santa Ana Section & System Evaluation and Ca <br />Sewer Master Plan are planned for 2014/2015. <br />r Assurance Plan <br />2) The City's Sanitary Sewer Standard Specifications as well as the Standard Plans for Sanitary Sewers <br />outline the appropriate design criteria necessary to ensure sufficient capacity, as well as preserve the <br />estimated life -cycle of wastewater infrastructure. Any design that is not encompassed by the City <br />Standards shall be sufficiently reviewed to ensure proper design and construction of the facility. <br />3) The City has established a Capital Improvement Program (CIP) to address projected hydraulic <br />deficiencies. The CIP is included in the City of Santa Ana Sewer Master Plan, and includes projected <br />cost estimates, alternatives analysis and project prioritization. The City's Sewer Enterprise Funds <br />describe how the City proposes to continue to pay for the CIP, by noting fund balances, funding <br />sources and fund uses. <br />The Sewer Master Plan Update contains a list of each projects identified as necessary to increase the <br />capacity of portions of the system. The projects are grouped by priority into four priorities, with <br />priority one being the highest. The projects are being addressed based upon the priorities. <br />4) The City has developed their CIP, as presented above, and plans to review and update it accordingly <br />during the next Sewer Master Plan Update. <br />41 IM <br />The following documents, attached as appendices, support the City's System Evaluation and Capacity <br />Assurance Plan, thereby allowing the City to comply with the System Evaluation and Capacity Assurance Plan <br />requirements of the WDR: <br />The City of Santa Ana Standard Plans for Sanitary Sewers, Public Works Agency, last revised on <br />November 5, 2012, Appendix F. <br />Additionally, the following documents also support the City's System Evaluation and Capacity Assurance Plan, <br />and are available from the City's Water Resources Division.
