ONLY: <br />"INJO-WONWIC <br />■ +_ <br />04IM "1ir��t460fol <br />On October 6, 2008, the Housing Authority increased the Executive Director's authority to execute <br />agreements from an amount not to exceed $10,000 to $25,000. Agreements valued at greater <br />than $25,000 require approval by the Board of Directors. This is the same authority granted to the <br />City Manager by the voters through a Charter Amendment in November 2006. The authority <br />granted to the Executive Director required the submission of a quarterly report to the Housing <br />Authority at a public meeting on all such agreements. The report is required to include the names <br />of contractors and the amounts of each contract.
