The report is divided into three sections: Waiting List, Participants, and Production. <br />Waiting List <br />As of May 20, 2014, there were 1,213 individuals /families on the waiting list. The waiting list last <br />opened on October 1, 2007 and closed on November 30, 2007. Charts 1 and 2 depict the <br />characteristics of those currently on the waiting list. <br />1.
