Those employees who do not have paid leave time available after exhausting <br />all available leaves listed above, may be permitted to use Personal Necessity <br />hours for this purpose. Any Personal Necessity leave used (in -lieu of the above <br />mentioned accruals) will be returned to the employee's accrual PN bank and an <br />equal amount of vacation time, comp time, "impact holiday" hours or <br />Floating Holiday will be deducted in calendar year 2012. Such deduction will <br />begin in January 2012 and will continue until an equal amount of time is <br />deducted as was advanced. <br />This non - precedent- setting, one -time work schedule modification shall not be <br />considered a re- opener nor shall it be considered in any way a permanent <br />change. <br />M <br />
