Information Technology Assessment <br />City of Santa Ana October 30, 2014 BAFO V2 <br />CSA T 2.4.1 City Review & Comment <br />This task will entail the District reviewing the draft deliverable and <br />providing comments / suggested revisions. Unless otherwise agreed, the <br />review and comments will be provided within the turn- around time <br />specified in the final Project Schedule. <br />Deliverable 2.4.1: City Comments <br />Task 2.4.2 Technology Governance Framework <br />This task will entail incorporating the City's comments to produce the final <br />IT Governance Framework, including structure, process, roles, and <br />responsibilities. The findings in this deliverable will be referenced in the <br />Task 3. <br />Deliverable 2.4.2: IT Governance Framework <br />Task 3: IT Stirategic Plan Roadmap <br />Task 3.1 IT Strategic Road map <br />Task 3.1.1 Draft IT Strategic Roadmap <br />This task will entail producing a 5 year IT Strategic Roadmap. Based on <br />all previous tasks, this task will develop a list of short and long range IT <br />strategic initiatives and implementation strategies including: <br />• Strategic Business Technologies: Infrastructure, Hardware, <br />Departmental and Enterprise Applications and Integration initiatives; <br />• An analysis of the City's current capability to accomplish the <br />recommendations; and, <br />• Forecast of emerging technologies related to these recommendations. <br />© 2014 <br />At a minimum, the IT Strategic Roadmap will contain the following: <br />1. Executive Summary <br />2. Introduction to the Planning Process <br />3.
