Consultant shall have experience troubleshooting Inter"Comm USA (ICU) Ticket <br />Management software and provide networking setup and system support for this software. <br />Coordination with the City Vendor will be required. <br />d. Consultant shall have the ability to deploy, configure, manage and maintain Sharepoint <br />servers as they relate to backflow records and Water Resource Division digital records. <br />5. The Consultant shall provide ongoing support and maintenance including, but not limited to the <br />following tasks: <br />a. Training availability for end users. <br />b. Proactive care and maintenance to provide stability, availability and reliability. <br />c. 24/7 server, network and workstation monitoring. <br />d. Remote management and support tools. <br />e. Antivirus management. <br />f. Hardware and software patch management. <br />g. Onsite services on an as- needed basis. <br />h.
