FOR STFTE USE ONLY <br />CGS REGISTRATION NO. <br />PROPOSITION 40 STORMWATER GRANT PROGRAM <br />GRANTAGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN THE <br />STATE WATER RESOURCES CONTROL BOARD, hereinafter called "State" or "State Water Board" <br />AND <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA, hereinafter called "Grantee' <br />MORRISON PARK LOW IMPACT DEVELOPMENT (LID) IMPROVEMENTS, hereinafter called <br />'Project' <br />AGREEMENT NO. 14. 449 -550 <br />The State and Grantee hereby agree as follows: <br />PROVISION(s). The following provision(s) authorize the State Water Board to enter into this type of Grant <br />Agreement: <br />Pub. Resources Code, §§ 5096.650(c)(2), 30930 (Proposition 40 Stormwater) <br />PURPOSE. The State shall provide a grant to and for the benefit of Grantee for the purpose of replacing the <br />existing parking lot pavement with porous pavement and incorporating bioretention system with drought tolerant <br />landscaping adjacent to the parking lot in Morrison Park. <br />GRANT AMOUNT. The maximum amount payable under this Agreement shall not exceed $288,898. <br />TERM OF AGREEMENT. The term of the Agreement shall begin on DECEMBER 1, 2014 and continue through final <br />payment plus thirty -five (35) years unless otherwise terminated or amended as provided in the Agreement. <br />HOWEVER, ALL WORK SHALL BE COMPLETED BY AUGUST 31, 2016. ABSOLUTELY NO FUNDS MAY BE <br />REQUESTED AFTER SEPTEMBER 30, 2016. <br />PROJECT REPRESENTATIVES.
