Table 7 summarizes the results of the preliminary asset condition evaluation and indicates that <br />over the next 3 years, the City should invest approximately $6.8 million (2012 dollars) in its sewer <br />system to catch -up with deferred maintenance activities (replacement of all assets in colored zones). <br />The $380.1 million value in Figure 4 represents the cost of repairing or replacing the portion of main <br />impacted.
