Santa Ana Blvd. Grade Separation <br />Table 6 - Project Milestone Preliminary Dates <br />Begin PSRE <br />June 2011 <br />Complete PSRE <br />February 2012 <br />Begin Preliminary Engineering/Environmental <br />Document <br />June 2012 <br />Complete Preliminary <br />Engineering/Environmental Document <br />August 2014 <br />Begin Final Design and Right of Way <br />Acquisition <br />December 2014 <br />Complete Final Design and Right of Way <br />Acquisition <br />December 2016 <br />Begin Construction <br />September 2016 <br />Complete Construction <br />June 2018 <br />Complete Project Close-out <br />December 2018 <br />10 OTHER CONSIDERATIONS AS APPROPRIATE <br />10.1 Permits <br />The potential permits are: <br />• Orange County General NPDES Permit (SWPPP) <br />A Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB) Permit. <br />Cooperative Agreements and Other Agreements: <br />• SCRRA Construction and Maintenance Agreement. <br />CPUC Construction Agreement. <br />10.2 Involvement with a Navigable Waterway <br />There is no involvement with a Navigable Waterway within the limits of this project. <br />10.3 Graffiti Control <br />The bridge and retaining wall design will include a fractured -rib finish treatment for the <br />abutments, retaining walls, and other vertical surfaces, and this shall be constructed from <br />the finish surface to six (6) feet above the finish surface. <br />In addition, the columns shall be sprayed with graffiti protection, in accordance with Caltrans <br />specifications. <br />10.4 Geotechnical Investigation <br />A Geotechnical Technical Memorandum is included within this report as Attachment N, <br />which provides preliminary information and recommendations for the improvements. During <br />the next phase of the project, geotechnical investigation, testing, and preparation of the <br />Final Geotechnical Report will occur. <br />PROJECT REPORT EQUIVALENT 23 <br />
