changes in general plan land use elements, or other <br />pertinent information. <br />In the event an annual evaluation of the fee programs <br />causes fees to be reduced for any reason, reimbursements <br />will not be considered for fees already paid. <br />XIII. JOINT POWERS AGENCIES <br />There are thirteen different cities within the proposed <br />Areas of Benefit for the Foothill /Eastern and San Joaquin <br />Hills Transportation Corridors. Joint Powers Agencies <br />( "Agencies ") consisting of City and County Parties have <br />been formed for the purposes of planning, designing, <br />financing and constructing the San Joaquin Hills and <br />Foothill and Eastern Transportation Corridors. Fees <br />collected by such Cities and the County will be deposited <br />with the Agencies for such purposes. The Agencies <br />will be responsible for administering fees collected under <br />this fee program including any credits reimbursements <br />called for in reimbursement agreements identified in <br />Section XI of this report. <br />-35- <br />
