1 <br />2 EXNISIT II <br />3 RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF <br />4 ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />5 April 21, 1982 <br />6 on motion of Supervisor Winder, duly seconded and carried, the <br />7 following Resolution was adopted: <br />! WHEREAS, development of lands is occurring which contributes <br />9 directly to the need for transportation corridors; and <br />10 WHEREAS, said development may obstruct future sight- cf- vayfor <br />11 the transportation corridors; and <br />12 WHEREAS, development benefitting from implementation of the <br />13 transportation corridors should contribute toward the cost generally <br />14 in proportion to the need generated; and <br />eIS WHEREAS, right- of-way for the transportation should be protected <br />s„ <br />16 as development occurs; and <br />e; 17 WHEREAS. grading should be accomplished, whenever possible, in <br />18 conjunction with the grading and development of surrounding property; <br />19 and <br />20 WHEREAS, implementation of logical increments of the corridor <br />21 should occur in conjunction with the land development process whenever <br />22 the transportation needs of that development require those facilities <br />23 for access; and <br />21 WHEREAS, development policies for the implementation of the <br />C 25 transportation corridor will provide a basis for planning of future <br />s <br />26 development and serve as notice to the public as to the future <br />27 locations of the corridors; <br />1IG :dh Resolution Up. 92 -598 <br />Development pol Corridors <br />-37- <br />
