2 EXHIBIT 11 <br />3 RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF <br />ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />S April 21, 1982 <br />6 On motion of Supervisor Kieder, duly seconded and carried, the <br />7 following Resolution was adopted: <br />S WHETEAS, development of lands is occurring which contributes <br />9 directly to the need for transportation corridors; and <br />10 said development nay obstruct future right -of -way. for <br />11 the ran-sportation corridors; and <br />12 WEEREASe development benefitting from implementation of the <br />13 transportation corridors should contribute toward the cost generali5 <br />14 in proportion to the need generated; and <br />15 WHEREAS, right-of-way for fhe transportation should be protect( <br />s• <br />Y <br />16 as development occurs; and <br />m= <br />17 ' e grading should be accOmplishad, whenever possible, in <br />Y <br />18 conjunction with the grading and development of surrounding property <br />19 and <br />20 WHEREAS, implementation of. logical increments of the corridor <br />21 should occur in conjunction with the land development process where, <br />22 the transportation needs of that development require those.facilit_e <br />23 for access; -.and <br />24 WHEREAS, development policies for the implementation of the <br />25 transportation corridor will provide a basis for planning of future <br />26 development and serve as notice to the public as to the future <br />27 locations of the corridors; <br />,a 28 <br />(G:dh Resolution No. 82 -598 <br />Transportation Corridors <br />Development Policy <br />� t, <br />
