EXHIBIT II <br />RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF <br />ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />April 21, 1982 <br />On motion of Supervisor Wieder, duly seconded and carried, the <br />following Resolution was adopted: <br />WHEREAS, development of lands is occurring which contributes <br />directly to the need for transportation corridors; and <br />WHEREAS, said development may obstruct future right-of-way- for <br />the transportation corridors; and <br />WHEREASt development benefitting from implementation of the <br />transportation corridors should contribute toward the cost generaiig <br />in proportion to the need generated; and <br />WHEREAS, right- of-way for' the transportation should be pro' <br />tectF <br />as development occurs; and <br />WHEREAS, grading should be accomplished, whenever possible, in <br />conjunction with the grading and development of surrounding propert` <br />and <br />WHEREAS. implementation of. logical increments of the corridor <br />should occur in conjunction with the land development process `+heael <br />the transportation needs of that development require those :!aciliti, <br />for access;-and <br />WHEREAS, development policies for the implementation of thc: <br />-transportation corridor will provide a basis for planning of future <br />development and serve as notice to the public as to the future <br />locations of the corridors; <br />Resolution No. 82 -598 <br />Transportation Corridors <br />Development Policy <br />34 <br />
