<br />19 boundaries, 17th Street/Westminster Avenue on the north,
<br />20 work, all different kinds of things. And we wanted to, the
<br />20 First Street on the south, Grand Avenue on the east, and
<br />21 goal was to identify the best projects for consideration.
<br />21 Harbor Boulevard on the west. It's about 4.1 miles, 8.2 if

<br />22 you take it back and forth from the farthest points.
