Chapter 3.0 Corrections and Additions <br />As required by CEQA Guidelines Section 15088, this chapter provides corrections or <br />clarifications of certain statements in the EA /DEIR. None of the corrections and additions <br />constitutes significant new information or substantial project changes as defined by CEQA <br />Guidelines Section 15088.5 and would not result in new significant impacts or an increase in the <br />severity of any impact already identified in the EA /DEIR. New information is not significant <br />unless the EIR is changing in a way that deprives the public of a meaningful opportunity to <br />comment upon a substantial adverse environmental effect of the project or a feasible way to <br />mitigate or avoid such an effect. Corrections and additions to the EA /DEIR are provided in <br />underline or strikeeut text as needed to indicate an addition or deletion, respectively. <br />Table of Comments <br />• The title of Table 3.1-5 on page V of the EA /DEIR is hereby revised as Acquisitions Related <br />to Build Alternatives. <br />Executive Summary <br />• The following sentence is added for clarification to the end of the second to last paragraph <br />on page ES -7 of the EA /DEIR: <br />The acquisition is shown in Figure 3.3 -4 on page 3 -22 of the EA /DEIR and would involve a <br />full take (18,719 square feet) of the property at the northeast corner of Main Street and <br />Civic Center Drive (Burger King) and a partial take (730 square feet) of the property at the <br />northeast corner of Broadway and Civic Center Drive (St. Joseph's workshop). <br />Chapter 2.0 Project Description <br />• Figure 2 -5 on page 2 -12 of the EA /DEIR is hereby revised to show Flower Street as the cross <br />street to Civic Center Drive West: <br />Santa Ana-Garden Grove Fixed Guideway Project REAIFEIR <br />January 2015 <br />75A -286 <br />Pagel228 <br />
