0 Bedroom <br />1 Bedroom <br />2 Bedroom <br />2) Every household resident will be counted when determining unit size. This includes <br />household members in the military or at school and anyone who will occupy the unit <br />during the upcoming 12 months. <br />3) The head of household must be 18 years of age or older, unless he or she is an <br />emancipated minor. All household members, age 18 years or over, and emancipated <br />minors, must sign the appropriate consent forms and comply with the verification <br />process. <br />4) Applicants must be able to maintain the housing unit in accordance with local health <br />standards and Housing Authority standards, with or without assistance. <br />5) All applicants must have a valid Social Security Number and legal photo ID. Birth <br />certificates and /or proof of guardianship will be required of dependant minors. <br />6) Background checks will be performed on all adults 18 years and older in the <br />household; the same requirement will apply for live -in aides. Live -in aides must <br />provide government issued photo ID. In addition, proposed live -in aides must provide <br />a complete and accurate social security number or permit him /herself to be <br />fingerprinted for purposes of running a background check. The live -in aide is subject <br />to all the tenancy and lease provision of the subject household. <br />7) Personal care attendants will be given a separate bedroom. <br />8) The assigned unit must be the household's primary place of residence. <br />9) Total household income cannot exceed 30 % -50% of area median income. <br />10) To meet program requirements, persons cannot pay more than 30% of their adjusted <br />income as rent.
