AGMT NO. 2015 -003 - Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of <br />the Council to execute a cooperative agreement with the Cities <br />of Garden Grove, Fountain Valley, and Costa Mesa, subject to <br />non - substantive changes approved by the City Manager and <br />City Attorney, to implement the Harbor Boulevard Corridor <br />Traffic Signal Synchronization Project. <br />2. Approve an appropriation adjustment.
