Conditional Use Permit No. 2014 -54 <br />Variance No. 2014 -09 <br />January 12, 2015 <br />Page 6 <br />Conclusion <br />The demolition of a previously vacant and underutilized site and proposed construction of a retail <br />convenience store will continue to provide needed services to current and future Santa Ana residents <br />and visitors along the Seventeenth Street Corridor. To address any potential concerns related to the <br />proposal, staff has included conditions of approval that would serve to address these issues.
