OCTA is deleting Attachment A -8, in its entirety, as identified in Article 4 <br />"Responsibilities of Agency" Paragraph A, and in lieu thereof is inserting the <br />revised "Project List ", dated and effective July 14, 2014 attached hereto as <br />Attachment A -9, which is incorporated and made a part of the Agreement and <br />reflects the addition of newly approved project M2 Project W funding and is <br />exclusive of Semi - Annual Review adjustments. All provisions set forth in Master <br />Funding Agreement No. C -1 -2783 apply. OCTA's Board of Directors (Board) <br />approved the Project on July 14, 2014. <br />The following additional Provisions apply to M2 Project W Safe Transit. Stops <br />Project(s) approved by the Board on July 14, 2014: <br />OCTA will provide M2 Project W funds in an amount consistent with <br />Attachment A -9 up to $20,000 for "normal load stops" and up to $30,000 for <br />"high load stops "' for the.eligible. transit amenities at each bus stop. <br />2. City is responsible for the balance of project cost. <br />3. City has the authority and responsibility for designing, constructing, and <br />maintaining bus stop improvements. <br />4. City will retain local control and responsibility for these improvements <br />including, but not limited to, shelters, lighting, seating, and waste <br />receptacles. <br />' A high load stop is where the 90th percentile of boarding events have ten or more passengers <br />waiting.
