Periodically, City staff requires professional consulting <br />services to insure the economic viability of the design and implementation of these programs. <br />On December 29, 2014, the City released a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) soliciting proposals <br />from experienced consulting firms to select one or more firms to provide on -call housing financial <br />analysis and advisory services for housing projects and programs within the City of Santa Ana. <br />These include housing activities funded by Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), <br />HOME Investment Partnership Grant (HOME), other competitive federal grants, the City's <br />Inclusionary Housing funds, and housing revenue bond financed programs. The RFQ was <br />advertised and posted on PlanetBids, and closed on January 29, 2015. The City received two <br />qualified proposals in response to the RFQ. <br />25C -1 <br />
