The EHP Screening <br />Form can be downloaded at: <br />http: / /www,fenta.gov /doe/ government /grant /bulletins /info329 final screening memo.docx. <br />Forward completed EHP documents electronically to the appropriate Cal OES EMPG Program <br />Specialist. <br />The following activities would not require the submission of the FEMA EHP Screening Form: <br />planning and development of policies or processes; management, administrative or personnel <br />actions; classroom -based training; tabletop exercises; and acquisition of mobile and portable <br />equipment (not involving installation). <br />Projects initiated without proper EHP review will not be funded. Projects that were initiated or <br />completed before an EHP review was concluded, using EMPG Program funds, will be <br />deobligated. To avoid unnecessary delays in starting a project, subgramees are encouraged to <br />pay close attention to the reporting requirements for an EHP review. <br />Federally Validating Capabilities, Priority Objective, and Performance Measures 12 <br />Mandated To address the EMPG priorities, an objective has been identified and given a set of performance <br />Objective measures and associated reporting requirements to determine how effective subgrantees are in <br />Information utilizing EMPG Program fimding to prepare for all hazards, and advance a whole community <br />approach.
