<br />9, Evaluations. The COPS Office may conduct inanitoring or Spenser national evaluations of tine COPS Hiring Program. The grantee agiroas to cooperate with the
<br />monitors and evaluators.
<br />10. Reports, To assist the COPS Office in the monitoring of your award, year agency will be responsible far submitting quarterly progranmratie progress reports and
<br />quarterly Federal Financial Reports Using Standard Fort 425 (SF -425).
<br />11. Federal Civil Rights Laws, As a condition of receipt of federal financial assistance, you acknowledge and agree that you will not (and will require any

<br />13, Grant @fondtm•ing Activities. Federal taw requires that law enforcement agencies receiving federal loading from the COPS Office must be monitored to ensure
<br />compliance with their grant conditions and other applicable statutory regulations. The COPS Office is also interested In tracking the progress of our pmgmmnt i and die
<br />advancement of community policing. Bath aspects of grant irnplanacmadon— compliance and progrmmnatic benefts —ere pmt of the monitoring process coordinated
<br />by the U.S. Ueparnnett of Justice. Count monitoring activities conducted by the COPS Office include site visits, office -based grant reviews, alleged noncompliance
<br />reviews, Financial and programmatic reporting, and audit resolution. As a CEP grantee, you agree to cooperate with spit respond to any requests for Information
<br />pertaining to your grant.
