City of Santa Ana <br />December 22, 2014 <br />Page 2 <br />MND, a discussion of the proposed project modifications, the level of significance of the modified <br />project after mitigation, and any applicable mitigation measures. <br />Task 3: Prepare Admin Draft Addendum <br />The introduction, project description, environmental setting, and environmental assessment will <br />be compiled into an Addendum document and submitted to the City for review. <br />Deliverables <br />■ Admin draft addendum <br />Task 4: Prepare Final Addendum <br />Following the City's review and comments on the administrative draft addendum, ICF will revise <br />the document to incorporate comments and edits. <br />Deliverables <br />N Final addendum <br />Task 5: Meetings (Optional) <br />As an optional task, ICF will attend Planning Commission and /or City Council Meetings to provide <br />staff support for the Addendum. These will be billed on an hourly basis according to our approved <br />schedule of fees in our master services agreement with the City. <br />Schedule <br />ICF proposes to complete the admin draft addendum within 10 days. <br />Cost <br />Our proposed fees for the preparation of an addendum are estimated at $5,000. These fees are <br />proposed as not -to- exceed prices based on time and materials and are in accordance with our <br />approved City of Santa Ana billing rates.
