The Project site is located at 2402 South <br />Bristol Street in the City of Santa Ana, California. The Project is proposing to <br />demolish the existing car wash and reconstruct a new car wash facility and supporting <br />administrative facilities with 26,153 square -feet (SF) of floor area, and a mixed -use <br />retail /restaurant building with a total floor area of 8,1.75 SF. <br />Pursuant to the City of Santa Ana requirements, a parking study is required for the <br />proposed Project, with a focus on the mixed -use retail /restaurant component of the <br />Project.
