IT CAN ONLY CARRY FROM 10- TO 20,000 <br />VEHICLES PER DAY. ALSO, A ONE -WAY COUPLET WITH FLOWER STREET <br />WOULD CREATE MAJOR IMPACTS ON DISTANCES DUE TO THE DISTANCE <br />BETWEEN FLOWER STREET AND BRISTOL. <br />"WHAT I5 THE PROPOSED PROJECT ?"
