PUBLIC HEARING — HISTORIC RESOURCES COMMISSION APPLICATION NO. <br />2014 -16, HISTORIC REGISTER CATEGORIZATION NO. 2014 -17, AND HISTORIC <br />PROPERTY PRE = SERVATION AGREEMENT NO. 2014 -30 <br />Filed by Michael Viljak and Miya Suzuki to allow the placement and categorization in the <br />Santa Ana Register of Historical Properties as Key for the property located at 532 North <br />Eastside Avenue (Prentice House) and to execute a Mills Act agreement with the City of <br />Santa Ana. Commissioner Hitterdale recused himself from this item due to conflict of <br />interest and left the dais at 5:07 p.m. Chair Mill opened the public hearing. Edward <br />Murashie and Michael Viljak (applicant) spoke in support of the project. The request <br />was also made do change the name of the home to Prentice - Richardson House. There <br />were no other speakers and the hearing was closed. <br />Item continued from the November 6, 2014 meeting by a vote of 8:0. <br />Legal notice published in the Orange County Reporter on October 21, 2014 and notices <br />mailed October 23, 2014. <br />MOTION: <br />1.
