Consolidated Five -Year Plan /Annual Plan <br />April 21, 2015 <br />Page 2 <br />For fiscal year 2015 -2016, the City proposes to expend current HUD allocations, estimated <br />program income, and reprogrammed federal funds as follows; <br />HUD regulations require that the draft Consolidated Five -Year Plan and Annual Action Plan be <br />made available for a 30 -day public review and comment period. On February 25, 2015, <br />notification was published in the Orange County Register that the draft plan was available for <br />review beginning March 9, 2015, and that the public hearing would be held on March 25, 2015, It <br />was also noticed in Miniondas and Nguoi Viet as well as on the City's website, The 30 -day public <br />comment period concluded on April 7, 2015, at 4pm. Three community meetings were held in <br />October 2014 to solicit public input. All comments received at those meetings are incorporated <br />into the document.
