Emergency Solutions Grant Funding for FY 15/16 <br />April 21, 2015 <br />Page 2 <br />On February 12, 2015, an ad hoc committee comprised of two Community Redevelopment and <br />Housing Commissioners, one representative from Orange County's Community Resources, and <br />one Parks and Recreation staff conducted applicant interviews to rate and rank the proposals <br />using the following criteria: 1) community need 2) capacity to provide service and 3) effective and <br />efficient use of funds. A list of all agencies submitting proposals, type of program, grant request <br />and the recommended funding for FY 2015 -2016 is provided as Exhibit 1. <br />All 20 proposals received are being recommended for funding for FY 2015 -2016.
