CARNIVAL SERVICES AND BEER GARDEN SUPPLY DURING CINCO DE <br />MAYO EVENT {STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 5, 5C} – Parks, Recreation and Community <br />Services <br /> <br /> RECOMMENDED ACTIONS: <br /> <br /> <br />1.AGMT - Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute an <br />agreement with Christiansen Amusement, Inc. for carnival service rights for a <br />term to end on May 31, 2015, subject to non-substantive changes approved by <br />the City Manager and City Attorney. <br /> <br /> <br />2.Revenues in the amount of $42,000 will be deposited into the Parks, Recreation <br />and Community Services Agency revenue account for the 2015 Cinco de Mayo <br />event. <br /> <br /> <br />3.AGMT - Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute an <br />agreement with Anheuser Busch/Straub Distributing for sponsorship of a beer <br />garden for a term to continue through the last day of the event, subject to non- <br />substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney. <br /> <br /> <br />4.Revenues in the amount of $20,000 will be deposited into the Parks, Recreation <br />and Community Services Agency revenue account for the 2015 Cinco de Mayo <br />event. <br /> <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL AGENDA 9 APRIL 21, 2015 <br /> <br /> <br />
