The analysis and plan included the build out of IT, <br />fiber, water, electric, and related infrastructure assets and was tied to Fort Collins Utilities' <br />successful award of $32M of ARRA Smart Grid Grant Monies.. <br />Providing extensive technical consultation, program management and systems integration for <br />Fort Collins Utilities' SGIG Smart Grid Solution for the deployment of an AM[ system and other <br />technologies including MDMS, Customer Web Portal, DRMS, Direct Load Control,. and Real Time <br />Pricing (RTP) /TOU pricing. <br />Guam Power <br />Providing program management and technical consultation support to Guam Power Authority's <br />Authority <br />Smart Grid Implementation including energy efficiency and DSM, Load control management <br />system (LCMS) implementation, DA, volt /VAR application implementation, and IT integration, <br />Hawaiian Electric <br />Assessed available AMI /smart grid technologies; assessed future technical functionality of DA <br />Company(HECO) <br />and DR applications. <br />BLACK & VEATCH IA.
