4.133 Transition to Service /Project Transition Certificate <br />Motorola Responsibilities: <br />• Review the items nccessary for transitioning the project to warranty support and service. <br />• Provide a Customer Support Plan detailing the warranty and post- watranty support, if applicable, <br />associated with the Contract equipment. <br />Customer Responsibilities: <br />Participate in the Transition Service/Project Transition Certificate (PTC) process. <br />Completion Criteria: <br />• All service information has been delivered and approved by Santa Ana, <br />4.13.4 Finalize Documentation <br />Motorola Responsibilities: <br />Provide an electronic as -built system manual on a Compact Disc (CD). The documentation will <br />include the following: <br />System -Level Diagram <br />Site Floor Plans <br />Site Equipment Rack Configurations <br />ATP Test Checklists <br />Functional Acceptance Test Plan Test Sheets and Results <br />Equipment Inventory List <br />Console Programming Template <br />Maintenance Manuals (where applicable) <br />Technical Service Manuals (where applicable) <br />Drawings are created utilizing AUtDC.'AD design software and will be delivered in Adobe PDF <br />format.
