f 4.14.1 Project Status Meetings Motorola Responsibilities; Once a month, Motorola Project Manager, or designee, will attend all project status meetings wim Santa Ana, as determined during the CDR. Record the meeting minutes and supply the report. The agenda will include the following: Overall proj cot status compared to the Proj ect Schedule. Product or service related issues that may affect the Project Schedule. Status of the action items and the responsibilities associated with them, in socordance with the Proj cot Schedule. Any miscellaneous concerns of either Santa Ana or Motorola. Customer Responsibilities; Attend meetings. Respond to issues in a timely manner. Completion Criteria: s Completion of the meetings and submission of meeting minutes. 4.14.2 Progress Milestone Submittal Motorola Responsibilities: • Submit progress (non - payment) milestone completion certificate /documentation. Customer Responsibilities: Approve milestone, which will signify confirmation of completion of the work associated with the scheduled task. Completion Criteria: Santa Ana approval of the Milestone Completion document(s). 4.14.3 Change Order Process Either Party may request changes within the general scope of this Agreement. If a requested change causes an increase or decrease in the cost, change in system configuration or adds time to the project's timeline required to perform this Agreement, the Parties will agree to an equitable adjustment of the Contract Price, Performance Schedule, or both, and will reflect the adjustment in a change order. Neither Patsy is obligated to perform requested changes unless both Parties execute a written change order.
